Products and Services
Bookings can be cancelled 72 hours before the date of your booking.
Refunds after the date of the booking will only be issued in special circumstances –
- Your experience is deemed to be unsatisfactory (manager’s discretion).
Refunds will not be issued if you miss your booking.
If you are late to your booking, you will have to wait for the next available slot but we will not refund your order.
If you receive a refund, once approved, it may take anywhere up to ten business days for your bank to process the refund and for the funds to be returned to the account.
In some cases – usually where a refund has been issued in quick succession after the original charge – the refund request may go through in the form of a reversal. In this case, the original payment will simply ‘drop off’ your statement, rather than an additional line item appearing.
If your you have not seen the original charge being reversed or refunded after ten days, we’d recommend contacting your bank directly to ensure that this is resolved.
