Tony Jennings
Director
Founder of Agility Events and the main driving force, Tony has 17 years of experience delivering and project-managing high-end events and is devoted to his work, striving for excellence and attention to detail. His passion for the performing arts and theatrical experience – both on and off the stage – enable Tony to produce carefully orchestrated events and innovative installations, from the initial concept through to the smooth delivery of the final creation.

Maggi Hardcastle
Business Administrator
The newest member of the team, Maggi has administration experience in a range of sectors, such as property and law, but always aspired to work in a more creative environment, hence the move to Agility Events. A whizz with technology and efficient in her role, Maggi offers firm support to a thriving team, and helps to keep things running smoothly from day-to-day.

Melissa Cotson
Business Development Manager
Following ten years as a primary school Teacher, Melissa wanted a career change that combined her love for design and theatre, along with her management and organisational skills.  After spending some time at Agility Events, Melissa quickly realised that this was the right environment for her.  With complete faith in the product and a desire to drive it forward, she has helped reinforce the brand by focusing on marketing strategies to develop the business and expand our client base on a national basis.

Josh Hadfield Millar
Director
Another of the driving forces behind Agility Events, Josh has over 10 years of experience in sound, lighting, set-design and project management. An expert in his craft and with a strong passion for the entertainment industry, theatre is Josh’s main source of inspiration. Whether programming lighting for an arena concert or designing a stage set for broadcast, Josh’s attention to detail is evident in the quality and seamless delivery of his work.

Chris Wood
Lead Designer
With a first-class BA in Game Design and 5 years of freelance design experience, Chris is the innovative and highly-skilled in-house designer who makes initial ideas come to life. From a simple concept, Chris makes an idea a reality and his artistic input gives Agility a unique edge.

Pete Biglin
Operation's Manager
Pete has over twenty years of experience with regards to building and installing stage sets for theatrical productions and was part of the much esteemed national Rock Challenge team, where he built sets from start to finish. Bringing this passion to Agility, Pete is an integral part of the construction and operations team and builds and installs stage sets and creative installations with impeccable care and attention to detail. A true perfectionist with a passion for his craft and a keen eye for detail.

Jack Hanson
Project Manager
Back in 2015, Jack actually joined the Agility family when he worked as an elf in one of our Christmas grottos. Impressing us with his genuine compassion and unquestionable enthusiasm for the product, Jack is now an invaluable member of the sales and management team. Jack has made tremendous progress in his role due to his professional approach, eagerness to learn and natural rapport with clients. A real asset to the team.

After several years in the property trade, Guy was looking for a fresh and exciting challenge and felt a pull towards the events industry, which offered Guy the opportunity to work in the creative environment he always craved. Guy’s personable skills – combined with his degree in Creative Design – allow him to work closely with clients and understand and inspire their individual requirements.

Rich Fishwick
Warehouse Manager
Part of the team since 2015, Rich has a history in management and construction, so takes the lead with most of our set construction and technical installations. Because of his passion for creating stage sets and lighting, Rich has recently qualified with a degree in Technical Theatre Studies. Combined with his experience, this makes Rich an expert in his field and he is able to produce high quality work, both aesthetically and technically.
